Geoff Moon is a photographer of world renown. He is a retired veterinarian and an honorary life member of the New Zealand Veterinary Association. As a freelance natural history photographer and author he has become an Honorary Fellow of the Photographic Society of New Zealand and an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain. His contribution to the research and documentation of New Zealand's bird life is widely recognised and respected, both within New Zealand and internationally.
